Her work is rooted in trust, alchemy, and deep emotional resonance, blending realism with soul. Kay is a lifelong artist and seasoned educator with a passion for awakening creative confidence. With a BFA from LSU and a Master’s in Education from ULL, she’s spent decades guiding others into artistic flow. From founding a thriving 40,000 sq ft arts center in Colorado to teaching drawing in rural Louisiana, Kay brings grounded wisdom, play, and technique to every canvas she touches. Her mission is clear: to help others feel safe, seen, and fully expressed through art.
